  3. Clarify the nationality tags

    When you enter in search by nationality you find a tag called "jewish", as far as I know that is not a nationality, it's an ethnic or religious term. You could remove the tag or include others like buddhist, atheist, christian, celtic, black, etc.

  4. Improve site navigation

    Overall, your site is excellent. However, navigation on your site is very poor. When confronted with one of your large collections, the user has no choice but to flip page by page to the end. In the case of "Art Nouveau", that means flipping through 6000+ images. With "Vincent van Gogh" that means flipping through 1900+ images. How about allowing a user to go directly to the end of a collection? How about allowing a user to go directly to the 25%, 50%, 75%, and 100% points in a collection. Such mechanisms would allow the user to peruse distant parts…

  7. Ability to add an artist / all artist artwork from Wikiart as an (user) album.

    Ability to add an artist / all artist artwork from Wikiart as an (user) album. Instead of (re-)adding all artist artwork to a personal album there should be possibility to add an artist (as it shows in public search in WikiArt) as a personal album.

  8. Love the new design, but when you click on a link, it does not open the desired page, but opens the same page.

  12. Please use a better "translator" into the English language....

    The commentaries to the art works posted on the opening page are clearly not edited or reviewed by a living soul. They seem to be translations from other languages by some kind of software. Please be more diligent with what you post to this what once used to be a really neat and well-maintained site. Thank you.

  18. timeline / family tree for styles / artwork

    I would like to learn about how different styles developed over time.
    Which were their 'ancestors', siblings, children.
    with a tree structure (eg darwin evolution / family tree) this could be visualized and the relationships would be easier to understand

  20. Allow Filtering of All Works List

    To filter (for example to find all oil paintings) of an artist, you currently have to keep clicking the 'load more' button until all paintings are loaded. In the case of an artist with a large number of works, this takes a long time. You do offer a link at the bottom of the artist's page to open a list of all works on a single page, however there is no way to filter this list. It would be great if the same filters were available here so that with two clicks I can see all works painted in oils…
