Reconsider your placing Hilma af Klint in the Naive Art/Primitivism category
The term Naive Art could be misleading. Why not include Abstract Art, or Avant grade. She was highly educated, spiritual, and highly complex. Her abstract work seems to have predated Kandinsky, Mondrian, and Malevich. MW

Ease of use, store progress in cookies
Though the site is a great but to use is a little inconvenient. We can't has the three things altogether- the painting, information associated with the painting and third every time i go back i have to loose the progress made on that page. If you store the progress in cookies and made the other two within the play sequence in a side bar would be a great help. This would made our life easy. Thanks.

In editing, under “All versions”, in addition to “Add New Version”, there should be a means of linking to other versions already in the database.

Filter by genre AND by date or style
If I select Artworks > Genre > Cityscape, I can now view 3600 artworks in order, starting in the 1300s. What I really want to see is expressionist cityscapes, or cityscapes from the late 1800s on. At the very least I'd like to be able to reverse the order, or better yet to view the full text list of works, which would allow me to zero in on a time period to start viewing.

how can we search artists by birthday
I think it's wonderful that you show artists born on this day. might you provide us the function to manually search artists by birthday though? ie search artists born on December 25th without it having to be Christmas day?

Correct misinformation in regards to "The Message" by Remedios Vara
the Message is clearly a collaged image utilizing material from color print magazines which did not exist in 1935 (the date refelcted on page) (https://www.wikiart.org/en/remedios-varo/the-message-1935). It is more likely that the date reflected on this page (https://arthive.com/remediosvaro/works/296119~Message), 1953 is likely more accurate.

Missing Ruth Asawa
Ruth Asawa should be added immediately. Serious oversight of a tremendous artist -- one that was even recognized by the USPS in a stamp....

remember where you were in a long list of (300+) artworks, or give customization to how many artworks per page shown
every time you go back to a page of long artworks (1000+), you have to click the expand button every 60 artworks to get to the bottom and find the one you need. It is especially irritating when you have to click in on an artwork to see the details, only to come back and see all your scrolling process gone to waste.

Mark Rothko
Mark Rothko was born in Latvia, Daugavpils. City was then called Dvinsk. His details are wrong. He is not in the list of Latvian artists. There is Rothko museum in Daugavpils now. Please add him to the list under Latvian artists, not Belarus.

Add Woodland School of Art (Indian or Indigenous Group of Seven) to Art Movements
This movement is now sometimes called Indigenous Group of Seven. This was an important art movement in Canadian art history as it marks the beginning of the indigenous art renaissance in Canada and featured important painters like Alex Janvier and Daphne Odjig.
