  3. Why are there not more innovative contemporary artists on this page such as Jesse Kanda?

    Artists such as Jesse Kanda, Bijijoo, Kitasavi, Robin Frances Williams should be on wikiart pronto.

  4. Maintain my Favorites list and share across devices (account setup)

    Would love to be able to keep my favorites list and share them across other devices. Otherwise I lose everything, and my list is far too long to replicate. Becomes an issue if I change/update my phone too.
    Main blocker: would require account setup, which of course would be a big structural change.

    Love this app and everything you all do — nothing out there even comes close.

  5. Feature: add slideshow speed controls

    Appreciate your work greatly!

    The idea is to add some form of control options for the slideshow speed - could be some sort of drop down menu with a few options ^^

  6. Can we get rid of the giant bright yellow popup in the corner of the browser? It ruins the immersion of looking at beautiful artwork.

    Can this yellow triangle link to downloading guide be removable please?

  9. State the true when talking about the Ukraine-Russia conflict

    The banner asking for aid for Ukraine has a statement that is not correct. Russia invasion is not acceptable. But neither Ukraine and NATO intensions to deploy missiles in Ukraine. To put it in context, what would be US reaction if Mexico happily accept to deploy Russian missiles? Probably the same and has nothing to do with Mexico independence. Since Berlin Wall fall is not clear the need to continue with this madness of piling up more missiles. Russia has lost and US has won.

  12. Get rid of that yellow banner on the bottom left! I can't see artist names!

    Wikiart, once a bastion of profound images, has slowly filled with self-promotional ads and political messages that do not belong plastered along ALL of its pages. This website is for art! I don't come here to "Download a FREE color guide", nor do I come here to read the news!

  14. Please update the WikiArt API and its documentation

    I want to use the API but there does not seem to be any updated documentation for it. The latest documentation I could see online is from 2017. I am trying to utilize the search painting request both from the v2 and what seems to be the v1, but both do not return the desired result (I am trying to request for abstract paintings).

  15. Add an organizer for the art styles pages

    When you are on an artist's page there is an option to organize by latest works. On the styles page, for example rococo, in order to see the newest works you have to scroll through thousands of other works. It would be nice if it were able to be filtered.

  17. create categories for hybrid artists

    Is there a way to showcase (ethnically) hybrid artists (e.g. Joseph Stella, Angelo Savelli, Piero Dorazio, Italo Scanga - to name some that are simultaneously Italian and American artists) as representatives of their home and adopted nations?

  19. Navigation is Terrible !!!

    It's a real Brain Scratcher that a extensive and important online database like yours would have such Terrible Navigation abilities. NO One will EVER make it to the end of a 1000 image collection one page at a time !!! Your site doesn't even allow the user to go to the last page of a collection. It;s 20 images at a time From Here To INFINITY !!!   20. Don't start the pop-up ads for coupons with "You win!".

    It feels cheap, to an otherwise great website. Just be honest and say "Here is a coupon" or something.
